This data has been derived from financial and utilization information reported to the Washington State Department of Health by the hospitals and has been certified by the officers of each hospital. Most spreadsheets have data from 1992 through 2006. The files are  subsets, of the entire database with the exception of the 2006 Funds which has all the elements for the latest year.. Some of the subsets have calculations derived from submitted data. DOH has aggregate financial and utilization data from 1975 through the present. The data listed on this page comes from the Fiscal Year End Reporting System. We have another dataset called the  Quarterly database which has interim financial and utilization data which is more current than the fiscal year end data. We also have the full report submitted by the hospital available in the Fiscal Year End page. All documents Require Excel or free Excel Viewer
