CDR Data and Reports    graphic children jumping rope

Child Death Review data are critical for successful prevention efforts

The review process includes details (such as pre-existing social stressors, child supervision and access to services) that are not inherent in death certificates, traffic reports, hospital data or other data sources.  Using these data, CDR reports include vital information about where to target educational campaigns to prevent child death and injury.
