Washington State Rapid HIV Testing Information Guide
Updated October, 2005

This guide provides Washington Specific information regarding the laws and rules that apply to HIV rapid testing. 

Agencies should use the manufacturer’s materials to develop their rapid testing policies and procedures, and use the information in this guide to ensure that their programs follow Washington State law.
