ANNUAL STATEWIDE REPORT - STD MORBIDITY: These reports include morbidity data and incidence rates by county for Washington State's legally reportable sexually transmitted diseases.  These STDs include chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes simplex-initial genital infection and the uncommon STDs that include chancroid, lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV) and granuloma inguinale (GI).

Narrative sections are incorporated in the reports as well as analysis of disease trends.  Various charts and graphs illustrate the numbers of cases reported and rates per 100,000 population as well as county rankings and breakdown of disease by sex and age groups.  Separate slide sets allows persons to download the graphs for use in presentations.

ANNUAL STD REPORT - COUNTY PROFILES: These reports present an in-depth look  at sexually transmitted diseases in each of Washington State's thirty-nine counties.  The format includes charts and graphs illustrating for each county their chlamydia and gonorrhea morbidity by sex with rates of disease per 100,000 population.   Repeaters (more than one infection in a 12-month period prior to being treated) and asymptomatic (lacking signs and symptoms) case numbers are displayed.  Also included is a summary of the types of providers reporting disease and chlamydia testing data from clinics participating in the Infertility Prevention Project in that county.

Note: Profiles vary from county to county due to the numbers of reported cases for that year, e.g., if a county had under five cases of a disease, charts and graphs for that disease would not be included.
