Understanding the TB Cohort Review Process:  Instructional Guide 2006 http://www.cdc.gov/tb/pubs/cohort/default.htm

Cohort review is a systematic review of patients with tuberculosis (TB) disease and their contacts. A “cohort” of patients is reviewed in terms of patient outcomes and program performance. It is a management process used to motivate staff, identify program strengths and weaknesses, determine staff training and professional education needs, and hold staff accountable for completion of treatment for both TB disease and latent TB infection (LTBI). WA State implemented the cohort review process in 2003.

The links below show cohort review tools.
