For Travelers

If you are planning to travel outside the U.S. you may need immunizations to protect yourself against diseases that are not common in the U.S. For more information, visit CDC’s Travelers’ Health Website. The Department of Health does not provide the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis, commonly known as the Yellow Card. These cards may be available through your provider or local health department.
