Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

The Office of Drinking Water (ODW) completed two customer satisfaction surveys targeting specific Operator Certification Program audiences: public water system owners and operators.

Both surveys were designed to get feedback regarding the current quality of ODW outreach and communication, and to help us identify areas for improvement.
