 Step 1

Read:

WAC 246-205-021, Training provider certification

 

 Step 2 Develop:

Training curriculum in accordance with WAC 246-205--031, Basic training course content

 

Step 3  

Have:

Instructors with the knowledge and experience necessary to properly train workers and supervisors.

  

Step 4   Submit:

CDL Training Provider application form, including the $1000 fee for initial application or $750 fee for renewal application (fees effective as of September 2, 2006).
Training Provider Certification lasts two years.
