Hearing Guidelines:
- Public hearings are scheduled / conducted
upon requests which are made in a timely manner.
- Any data,
comments, or arguments regarding the applications, to be considered
by the department, must be submitted at the hearing

Affected parties may reserve their right to respond to information
provided under WAC 246-310-160(a) if they are located or reside
within the applicant’s health service area
- If you are
limited in English speaking or hearing impaired, a qualified
interpreter can be appointed. Brailled or taped information
can be made available for individuals with visual impairments
