Transient Accommodations

Complaints:

You are our greatest resource for identifying and addressing health and safety issues in Transient Accommodations.  Please let us know when you have a concern about a lodging facility.

Contact our Complaint  Investigation Unit to describe your concerns.  Please be prepared to provide the name and address of the facility, the room name or number, and the dates that you observed the problem.  The phone number is 1-800-633-6828.

Please understand the Transient Accommodation Program can only investigate issues about health and safety of the facility.  If your concerns are about misrepresentation, fraud or money, please call the Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division at 1-800-551-4636.

For criminal activities, please contact the local law enforcement authority.
