This list provides a listing of Department of Health approved public access defibrillation programs.  Training utilizing these approved programs do not need to complete an application for PAD training program approval.  Individuals wishing to teach these programs must obtain training materials from the training agency and meet the training agency's instructor requirements.

If you would like to develop or utilize a program other than those listed,  you may obtain a copy of the guidelines and application by clicking this link.
