Certificate of Need - Proposed Empire Health Sale - Washington State Dept of Health

KPMG International was selected to contract with the Department to provide an independent expert opinion regarding the Empire Health sale in Spokane. KPMG’s report to the department will included an opinion on:

Is Empire Health receiving a fair market value for the assets of the two hospitals?

This opinion, along with the opinion received from the Attorney General's Office (AGO), will be used by the department in making the final decision on the Empire sale.

KPMG’s Healthcare Valuation Practice is dedicated to providing valuation services. They employ professionals who specialize in financial, real estate and machinery, and equipment valuations.
